Factory in Macclesfield we offer a full service and repair facility.
If you would like to
send your meter back for repair and/or service:

Package the Meter
up safely for posting
-
Include a brief
description of the problem or requirement (Service, BR2A
upgrade or Repair - stating the problem)

Include a return
address and contact information (Please mention if you have an
upcoming event you would like us to have the meter returned by and
we will do our best to ensure you have a working meter in time)

For Warranty
claims please include Proof of Purchase (i.e. a copy of your
receipt)

If requested we will then send
you an official quote before we carry out any work
Once we have completed your
repair/service we will contact you for payment and return the item.
An official report can be produced if
required, however there may be an additional charge for this. |
